Job Description: American Veterinary Hospital is seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for hospital, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include:
Duties: Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or departmentManaging the hospital's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetingsAssisting with event planning and coordinationTranscribing documents and maintaining accurate recordsProviding administrative support to various departments as neededSkillsExperience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Customer Service Representative isREQUIREDProficiency in using Google Workspace and other computerized systemsStrong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumesIf you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
