About the role
LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a Logistics/Inventory Control Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis! This role will be onsite M-F 7:00AM-4:00PM offering full benefits. Must have prior experience handling logistics and/or inventory operations within a manufacturing environment to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming truckload and container shipments Ensure each incoming shipment has accurate BOLWeigh each item before entering into inventory Organize inventory SKU’s throughout warehouse Prepare outbound shipments by compiling BOL, PO, packing slip, etc. Ensure there are no inventory and/or discrepancies between customer request, PO and BOL
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience managing logistics and/or inventory operations within a manufacturing environment to be eligible for this role Must have strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to take initiative Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple departments Forklift certification a plus
