We’re looking for someone who already understands the insurance business and can confidently manage client relationships, provide thoughtful coverage guidance, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is a blend of service and sales-you’ll manage an assigned book of business while also writing new business generated through referrals, agency marketing, and cross-selling opportunities. What You’ll Do: * Manage and build relationships with an assigned book of personal insurance clients.* Handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, remarketing, and day-to-day client service.* Write new personal lines business generated through referrals, agency marketing, and cross-selling opportunities.* Identify coverage gaps and make thoughtful insurance recommendations.* Communicate with carrier underwriters and service teams.* Maintain accurate documentation within our agency management system.* Use technology to create an efficient, seamless client experience.* Collaborate with producers, account managers, and our sales support team.
What We’re Looking For: * Previous personal lines insurance agency experience is required.* Active Ohio Property & Casualty license.* Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms.* Experience using agency management systems, comparative rating software, carrier websites, Microsoft 365, and other insurance technology.* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.* Strong attention to detail and follow-through.* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* A relationship-first approach to both client service and sales.
