We have partnered with a large Industrial Machinery Manufacturing company in the Butte, MT area to provide them with a Senior Manufacturing Technician. Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Manufacturing Technician: Ten or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Proven hands-on experience assembling electro-mechanical equipment Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and basic electrical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability in a production setting Responsibilities of the Senior Manufacturing Technician: Responsible for building, assembling, and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical industrial equipment in a production manufacturing environment. This role supports high-quality fabrication and assembly of machinery that must meet strict performance and reliability standards. Deep hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve manufacturing and equipment issues. Work is primarily on the production floor with occasional overtime based on customer demand. Requirements of the Senior Manufacturing Technician: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 10 years’ manufacturing experience Experience in electro-mechanical assembly Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical products Be able to understand and follow instructions and blueprints Mechanical aptitude Vocational training a plus.
