About the role
Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its Equities team within the Capital Markets franchise. The team sits on a fast-paced trading floor and serves clients who trade equities and equity-linked products. In this role, you’ll keep a busy group of up to 25 professionals running smoothly by managing calendars, travel, expenses, and events.
What You’ll Do:
Calendar and Meeting ManagementManage calendars for stakeholders in Outlook, including scheduling meetingsManage meeting room availability and bookingsTravel and ExpensesBook travel for up to 25 employees through the travel systemLog and track expensesOrganize and process billsEvents and PresentationsPlan and coordinate team eventsEdit and update marketing slide decks in PowerPointMust Have 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant 1+ years of experience with expense trackingExperience managing calendars for stakeholders in OutlookStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) University degree in Business or a related fieldNice to HaveExperience with ConcurExperience in Financial Institutions (FI) Experience building PowerPoint decksExperience using AI tools
