Mattress Production Associates Aurora, CONow Hiring: Mattress Production Associates (Aurora, CO)1st & 2nd Shift Available | Weekly Pay | Competitive Pay We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Aurora. This is a hands-on role working in a team environment to build and assemble high-quality products. Shift & Pay:1st Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM | $20/hour 2nd Shift: Monday Friday, 4:30 PM 3:00 AM | $21/hour
What You'll Be Doing: Assemble products using pneumatic tools such as staple guns and air-powered equipment Stack and place foam materials for production Build and assemble box spring units as part of a team Assist with loading and unloading in shipping and receiving Inspect products for quality and ensure standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For: Experience with pneumatic tools or manufacturing preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be able to lift up to 120 lbs (team lift) and be on your feet for extended periods Basic English communication skills required Strong attention to detail and reliability
Requirements: Steel-toe boots/shoes required
