Head of Sales
xpedeonDenver (CO)
About the role
GTM Leader | Build the US Market for a Global Construction Technology Company As Xpedeon’s first North American GTM leader, you’ll have a unique opportunity to build the company’s commercial presence in one of its most important growth markets. You will work directly with the Founder and global leadership team, with significant autonomy to shape the market strategy, establish credibility, build the sales engine, and lay the foundation for long-term growth. Xpedeon is a purpose-built, cloud-based Construction ERP platform serving 100+ enterprise clients and 30,000+ users across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East. The platform brings together critical construction workflows; including job costing, contract management, procurement, subcontractor management, accounting, and site operations - helping construction businesses connect their offices, projects, sites, and supply chains through a single platform. Xpedeon is a profitable, globally proven business backed by Norwest Venture Partners, with the capital and ambition to accelerate its international expansion, including North America, while continuing to enhance its SaaS platform through BIM and AI/ML capabilities. A key focus in North America will be the rapidly expanding data center construction market, where contractors are navigating unprecedented project complexity, rising costs, supply chain pressures, and delivery demands. Xpedeon’s opportunity is to bring greater financial, commercial, and operational control directly into project execution - helping contractors move beyond reactive reporting toward more proactive, data-driven decision-making.
The Role:
As Head of North American Sales and Marketing, you will take ownership of the US commercial strategy and initially operate as a hands-on enterprise sales leader. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic accounts, building relationships with senior construction executives, creating a high-quality enterprise pipeline and personally driving early customer wins that will establish the company's US presence. As the business gains traction, you will build and scale the US sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the US’ go-to-market and sales strategy.
Build the enterprise pipeline with a strong focus on new-logo acquisition.
Originate, develop, and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
Establish relationships with CFOs, Controllers, COOs, CIOs, VPs of Finance, Operations and Project Control leaders.
Develop a strong understanding of target accounts, market segments, and competitive dynamics.
Help build the company's credibility and network within the US construction technology eco-system.
Engage general contractors, specialty contractors, developers and other construction organizations.
Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
This is an opportunity for a true builder. You will have direct access to the Founder and global leadership team, significant ownership of the outcome, and an extremely competitive compensation package designed to reflect the impact of the role and the market, with substantial upside tied to performance.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
