About the role

My client is a financial service firm and they a seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Principal of the firm. This role is on site Monday-Friday, splitting time between the office and the principal's home, primarily in Manhattan, with one day a week in Westchester.
Responsibilities: Support a the founder's personal operations across scheduling, travel, household oversight, errands, philanthropic events, and recordsOccasionally assist other family members; work directly with the principal while reporting to the Chief of StaffJoin a standing weekend call with the principal's spouse and stay available for occasional evening or weekend workManage personal and professional calendars and arrange all travel, including flights, lodging, and car serviceBook restaurants, keep a travel task list, and coordinate with the travel agency when usedSupervise cleaning staff, keep spaces tidy, and assist with meal prep and light cookingCoordinate household vendors alongside building and property management, and restock suppliesHandle deliveries, grocery runs, and home purchases, including product research and returnsPlan social gatherings and support visiting guests with access and household detailsMaintain a household guide, organize digital files, and work with the finance director on invoices and bill paymentsArrange pet care for one dog and maintenance for two vehiclesQualifications:4 + years Personal Assistant experience, supporting a HNWIFinancial Services experience is a plusValid Driver's license Strong attention to detail The annual base salary range is $125,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
