We are currently looking for an individual to fill our Director of Marketing position. This position will be responsible for managing several locations within our company. The Director of Marketing works closely with the OVP and President and is responsible for all aspects of marketing including digital, print, 3rd party and local store marketing. They will work daily with the operations team to execute local market initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works with the OVP & President on strategic marketing initiatives for each region
  • Tracks and controls expenses to manage within the marketing budget
  • Measures return on ad spend (ROAS) for all marketing activity
  • Manages 3rd party marketing campaigns and ensures stores are active on the platform
  • Works with Operations and/or LSM Coordinators to implement and execute SLM plans
  • Manages menu pricing, offer management system (OMS) and tracks competitor pricings
  • Routinely analyzes data to optimize marketing activities
  • Communicates effectively and routinely with operations and support staff
  • Develops operations team and/or LSM Coordinators on marketing and relations skills
  • Manages local email tool to create a schedule of eblasts each week
  • Implements marketing strategies by day part to help determine optimal operating hours
  • Implements social media campaigns to connect with the community
  • Serves as a Brand Ambassador to improve public relations in our communities
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Education, Experience & Certifications High School Diploma or GED required; A minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years managing a team is required
Functional Skills Exceptional track record of leadership and project management skills Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills Aptitude in problem-solving and decision making Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications is preferred Personal vehicle with insurance that meets state minimum requirements Ability to travel to conduct in person market visits
