HotBox Pizza is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Field Marketing Specialist to helpgrow sales, build local partnerships, and make HotBox Pizza impossible to ignore in the communitieswe serve.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Field Marketing role based in Indianapolis, IN. The role is responsible for driving local sales growth by building relationships with community partners, businesses, schools, and event organizers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, coordinating promotional events, and representing HotBox Pizza at local activities and gatherings. The role also involves supporting in-store marketing initiatives, distributing marketing materials, and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns. The individual will collaborate with store leadership to train team members on sales and guest engagement techniques and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications: Strong Communication skills to engage with guests, community partners, and internal teams. Customer Service experience with a focus on creating positive, memorable guest interactions. Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing local business opportunities. Experience in Training and Sales Management to coach team members and support local sales initiatives. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Indianapolis, IN.Basic understanding of field marketing, local outreach, and event coordination. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple community and store activities. Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 annually
