A successful and growing private company in Doral is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President and executive leadership team. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the President and executive team Coordinate executive communications and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with administrative and operational projects Organize meetings, events, and executive schedules while ensuring priorities stay on track Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide administrative support to maximize efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, or company presidents Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business communication tools
