About the role
Transdev North America, Inc. seeks a Director of Maintenance to lead the Fairfax Connector maintenance organization, overseeing safety, reliability, and cost effectiveness of bus and equipment while ensuring compliance with DOT, FTA, FMCSA and client requirements.
You will direct maintenance staff, manage budgets, audits, vendor contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize vehicle availability and fleet performance in a union environment.
