Leading enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Business Transformation will manage process improvements, project delivery, and governance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities: Define and govern the Business Transformation & PMO charter, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes Oversee the enterprise intake and prioritization model for transformation opportunities and facilitate executive portfolio decisions Lead the PMO to ensure integrated planning and delivery of high-priority programs, fostering a culture of honest reporting and accountabilityRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Ten or more years of progressive leadership in transformation, program management, or related disciplines Proven success in leading cross-functional enterprise transformation and managing complex initiative portfolios Experience integrating business process redesign with technology delivery and organizational change Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority in ambiguous environments
