Our Richmond office is currently looking for a full-time Office Coordinator to join our team! The Office Coordinator is a central role supporting office operations for 150+ on-premises staff, and includes day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, guest and client hospitality, and facility maintenance. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, reliable, highly organized, loves working with people, and is constantly finding ways to make an award-winning Great Place to Work even better.What you’ll be doing:No two weeks are exactly the same, but you can count on a few constants. Including:Serve as the firm’s first point of contact by answering phones and emails, greeting visitors, and providing parking validationCoordinate the Lunch & Learn program, including scheduling, vendor communication, and meeting setupMaintain office records such as PTO calendars, seating charts, access cards, parking logs, and equipment inventoriesManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and shipment trackingMaintain front office, conference rooms, kitchen and common areas, and oversee sample returns and recycling effortsConduct office inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization, and address facility maintenance issuesManage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and usage trackingProvide administrative support as requested, including data entry and document preparationCoordinate employee offboarding logistics, including workspace cleanup and asset recoveryAssist with meeting logistics, including room setup, catering, and hospitality needsSupport the Office Manager with maintenance coordination and other administrative tasks as neededWhat you’ll need:High school diploma or GED2+ years of office support and/or experience in a professional office environmentGeneral knowledge of office proceduresProficiency in Microsoft 365A positive attitude and exceptional customer service-style demeanorStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients, vendors and guestsExperience working as part of a teamAvailability to work in office 8am – 5pm, Monday – FridayThe ability to lift up to 30 poundsThe ability to travel locally in the Richmond region as neededWhy Baskervill?People come to Baskervill because the work matters, they stay because the people matter.
