You will drive robust, scalable design practices for custom converting, packaging, and coating machinery, while advancing DFM and cost-conscious solutions. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in mechanical design and 3+ years in leadership, with strong CAD skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
