About the role
Emergency Medicine APP Corpus Christi, TX Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine APP to provide coverage across its network of hospital-based emergency departments and freestanding emergency departments throughout the Corpus Christi market. Highlights Ongoing need Multiple openings Flexible scheduling opportunities Diverse patient acuity Strong physician and clinical support Coastal Texas location Preferred Experience Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred Comfortable managing lower-acuity patients independently and assisting with higher-acuity cases
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat Emergency Department patients
- Primarily manage Level 4 patients while assisting with Level 2-3 patients as needed
- Perform laceration repairs, I&Ds, and other routine ED procedures
Requirements:
