About the role

The Boring Company is offering a paid Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bastrop, TX. In-office, for current students or recent graduates, with priority for those who have completed at least their junior year. Interns will handle onboarding, payroll, and HR initiatives, among other duties, and must arrange housing, meals, and transport. Responsibilities include processing HRIS transactions, I-9 verification, onboarding, safety audits, event planning, and producing HR guides and training
