Applicants for the Chief Business Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success. The role demands a leader with a strong ownership mindset, capable of operationalizing new ideas and insights, and who is adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. A background in peer-to-peer medical education, oncology medical affairs, marketing, and sales, as well as a deep understanding of the biopharma industry and its regulations, is required.
