About the role

Company Description: We are a specialized insurance brokerage focused exclusively on the group captive space - partnering with best-in-class captive programs to deliver long-term cost control, transparency, and ownership to high-performing businesses. What sets us apart is our firsthand experience: our firm is led by an owner who is an active group captive member and our account management is led by a professional who spent over a decade as a captive member. This means we don’t just sell captives - we’ve sat in our clients’ seats. We understand the financial, operational and cultural impact of these programs in a way most brokers simply can’t replicate.
Role Description: We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our team as a Group Captive Insurance Broker. This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who are motivated by autonomy, high income potential, and the opportunity to work with sophisticated, high-quality prospects. You will be engaging with business owners and financial decision-makers, introducing them to the concept of group captives, and generating interest in deeper, consultative conversations with our experienced account management team. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed account records. This is not a transactional insurance sales role - our prospects are established, best-in-class companies that meet strict underwriting criteria and are actively seeking smarter risk financing strategies.
Qualifications: Proven expertise in insurance brokerage and understanding of insurance market fundamentals Strong knowledge and skills in customer service, insurance, and sales Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a remote working environment Insurance producer license required

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
