About the role
Focusing on the full customer lifecycle, the full-time remote Account Executive I (Spanish Required) will identify and secure new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic sales of software licenses and support services.
Key responsibilities
Identifying and researching potential customers through various channels and tools
Assisting in preparing and delivering software demos to prospective clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or a related field preferred
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
Some exposure to programming and/or database experience strongly preferred
Basic understanding of industrial automation technologies and solutions preferred
