Description We're looking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) with the ability to ship complex and often cross-functional data engineering projects in the marketing domain. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years Technical project/program management experience or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies Program management in data analytics, big data engineering, or software development Strong facilitation skills to drive complex, cross functional, and comprehensive project plan Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering majors preferred or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Ability to deliver high quality results while working in a dynamic and fast paced environment Experience with digital marketing technologies, automation, and analytics Passionate about protecting privacy while delivery key product insights Experience with big data technologies and tools for big data event management Leadership and gravitas to drive conversations with analytics stakeholders Aptitude and willingness to learn, and proactive attitude and energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
