The Company is seeking a VP, Global Benefits to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the centralization and governance of benefits delivery, with a focus on creating a simple, proactive, and scalable employee experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' progressive benefits experience, with a strong background in global benefits design, governance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a leader with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational processes and shift the team's focus towards strategic, people-centric work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, centralizing, or transforming benefits operations, and experience in managing a global benefits budget.
