Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service and support a positive customer experienceAssist customers with product selection and general inquiriesMaintain knowledge of products, services, and brand standardsRepresent the brand in a professional mannerSupport daily store operations and maintain an organized environmentAssist with merchandising, inventory, and general store needsWork collaboratively with management and team members to support store goalsFollow company policies and proceduresAssist with both customer-facing and operational responsibilities as neededContribute to a positive, team-oriented store environmentQualifications:1-2+ years of experienceFashion or related industry experience is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service oriented with a professional approachInterest in fashion and current trendsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskHigh school diploma or equivalentFlexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidaysAbility to meet the physical requirements of a retail environmentPlease submit a resume for consideration!
