- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and shop drawings using AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorksInterpret architectural, design, and internal project documentation
- Develop and maintain cut lists, bills of materials (BOMs), and part files
- Ensure drawings meet production standards, quality expectations, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and installers
- Resolve engineering challenges related to custom manufacturing and fitment
- Maintain organized documentation and revision control throughout each project
- Required 2+ years of hands-on experience using AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorksExperience producing detailed manufacturing drawings and assemblies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Preferred / Highly Valued
- Experience in RV manufacturing, transportation interiors, or similar custom-built industries
- Background in cabinetry, casework, or cabinetmaking
- Familiarity with CNC-driven manufacturing environments
