About the role

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, and design individualized treatment plans for kids and families. The role offers flexible hours, telehealth options, and in-person support as needed. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to track progress, maintain ethical standards, and grow with a supportive leadership team that values balance and growth opportunities.
