Job Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound emails about policy documents, payment status, account access, and service requests.• Review customer details and prior correspondence before preparing accurate written responses.• Record case notes, actions taken, and follow-up needs in the support platform.• Explain standard processes, required documents, and next steps using approved resources.• Escalate sensitive, complex, or time-sensitive concerns to designated specialists.• Monitor assigned email queues and follow response-quality guidelines.
