About the role

About the Company: Monogoto is a cloud-based, API-driven global hybrid connectivity platform — secure IoT connectivity (public and NTN) and private 5G/LTE networks, delivered as Infrastructure-as-a-Service for the emerging physical AI economy: connected vehicles, drones, humanoid and delivery robots, industrial devices. We're not an AI company. But AI can't run without us.500+ customers worldwide, from the world's leading automotive and EV manufacturers to early-stage device innovators. Millions of connected devices on the platform. Venture-backed, deliberately lean, growing fast.
Responsibilities: The sales strategy, pipeline, quota, and forecast — and the repeatable GTM motion behind them Building a quota-carrying sales team from the ground up: hiring, comp design, onboarding, training Both ends of the funnel — long-cycle enterprise and OEM sales into automotive, EV, and industrial accounts, alongside our existing self-service, usage-based motion for developers and startups Vertical strategy across the physical AI economy: automotive and EV, drones, robotics, industrial IoTAccurate, on-time pipeline and bookings reporting to the exec team and Board Partnering across the company — with marketing on demand gen and pipeline handoff, with product and engineering on what customers actually need next, with customer success on expansion and retention of usage-based revenue, and with finance on pricing and margin
Requirements:
  • You've BUILT a sales function, not inherited one. Personally hired and trained reps, designed the comp plan, installed the cadence. This is a precondition, not a preference.10+ years of progressive sales leadership
  • Sold connectivity, IoT, telecom, or infrastructure software into automotive, EV, industrial, or other hardware-adjacent markets (strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable setting GTM strategy with the CEO and Board on Monday and closing a strategic deal yourself on Friday
  • Exceptional written and verbal English, and effective with a multicultural executive team

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
