Welder Job Summary The Welder supports production at Bedrock Truck Beds by performing MIG welding and assembling truck bed components to meet quality and design specifications. The Welder plays a key role in delivering durable, high-performance products. Welder Responsibilities Perform MIG welding per specifications and supervisor guidance Assemble components and truck bed structures accurately Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality standards Track time and materials used for each job Use tools, jigs, and fixtures properly Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPECommunicate issues or needs to leadership All other duties as assigned by management Welder Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read and interpret weld and assembly specifications Problem-solving mindset with focus on quality Dependable and team-oriented Welder Qualifications Experience with MIG welding required Ability to read production orders and safety documentation Familiarity with measuring tools and gauges Basic troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Frequent bending, lifting, and manual work
- Work Environment
Indoor manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes. Proper PPE is required at all times.
