We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, discreet, and able to stay several steps ahead. What You'll Do: Support the CEO and executive staff by managing calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence. You'll open, sort, log, and route all incoming mail, including checks, payer correspondence, and legal notices. You'll process payroll accurately and on time in partnership with Finance and HR. You'll also help with onboarding paperwork, record keeping, expense reports, and the day-to-day operations of the Bellevue office. Who We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar Payroll processing experience (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, or similar)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Discretion with confidential information, including HIPAA awareness Professional, clear communication skills Healthcare or medical office experience is helpful but not required.
