In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to the overall success of Skywater Technology. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and production, to ensure customer requirements are met. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and deliver presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services. Monitor customer engagement metrics and provide insights to enhance our customer experience strategies. Participate in customer meetings and industry events to represent Skywater Technology and strengthen our market presence. Assist in the development of customer engagement initiatives and campaigns to drive customer retention and growth. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or account management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with CRM software and customer engagement tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
