Overview
As Human Resources Manager, you partner with leaders to cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture and align HR programs with business goals. You drive performance management, talent development, and workforce planning while guiding employee relations and organizational effectiveness. You will lead CDPs, talent reviews, and development strategies to strengthen capability and succession readiness. This role sits at the intersection of operations and strategy, shaping leadership and culture across the organization.

Responsibilities Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectiveness Manage employee relations matters including investigations, corrective action, and policy interpretation Support performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development Facilitate Career Development Planning (CDP) to align individual growth with business needs Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, onboarding, and growth initiatives Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention, performance) to propose data-driven solutions Support organizational change initiatives and maintain compliant HR practices Foster inclusive, high-performance culture through engagement and recognition efforts
Key requirements 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or HR Manager role Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field Strong employee relations experience including investigations and performance management Proven ability to coach and influence across multiple levels Experience using HR metrics and workforce data to drive decisions Strong business acumen and ability to balance employee advocacy with business goals Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentcommunicationrelationship-buildingfacilitationHR metrics and data analysisworkforce planningemployee relations investigations
