About the role

Quaker Mechanical is seeking a driven Business Development professional with a solid background in commercial construction sales within the union HVAC market. This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity designed for self-starters eager to grow income based on performance. You will cultivate relationships with GCs, developers, and union contacts, identify new project opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with estimating and operations to transition projects smoothly.
