About the role

Camp Burgess & Hayward is seeking an Outdoor Education Director to manage the rental program for school groups across Fall/Winter/Spring, with day and overnight trips. The role includes hiring and supervising 10–15 seasonal educators, developing new program activities, and coordinating with facilities and food service teams to meet program goals. On-site housing is provided. The position emphasizes safeguarding relationships with school partners, staff development, and active involvement in YMCA
