About the role

About the Company: Our client is $1 Billion in revenue leader in its respective space.
About the Role: Candidates need to live in South Florida to be considered. This is a 3 month assignment for maternity leave located in Boca Raton.
Responsibilities: Adhere to corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Plan, develop and execute AP processes to achieve objectives set by management. Adhere to established policies and procedures to complete all accounts payable processes by the month-end cutoff. Review and verify the accuracy of departmental operating statements. Research and communicate any issues and make corrections. Prepare monthly reconciliations of prepaid expenses, accounts payable, various accrued expenses and related liabilities and other month end close duties. Ensure that accounts payable, cash management, inventory, and purchase order processing, are recorded correctly and timely using the Company’s accounting software. Ensure that the order processing and inventory control software is processing information correctly and timely.
Qualifications: 2 + years experience in accounting, financial analysis, and operations. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance. CPA a huge plus.
Required Skills: Experience in accounting and financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting software.
