About the role

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Director of Business Intelligence to transform our BI strategy into a prioritized, multi-quarter roadmap and scale data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and HR to align data definitions and KPIs. You will lead data engineering, governance, analytics, and enterprise integrations while advancing AI-enabled outcomes, guiding architecture decisions, and mentoring a global BI team.
