Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues. Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations. QualificationsActive Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Core CompetenciesClient-focused and service-oriented mindset.
