About the role

Caro Mont Health, serving the Charlotte metro area, is seeking a full-time Pathologist (AP/CP) with Hematopathology fellowship training to join a five-pathologist team. The ideal candidate will be board-certified in pathology and demonstrate excellent communication with clinicians, admins, and laboratory staff. Responsibilities include general surgical pathology and cytology with active tumor-board participation. Autopsy cases are rare; call is shared 1:5 weekdays and 1:5 weekends.
