Brain Works Search partners with a leading automotive manufacturer near Detroit to hire an Engineering Manager who will lead the engineering team on site, providing technical and people leadership in a fast-paced die-casting environment. You will mentor Manufacturing Engineers and Program Management resources, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Tooling to address production challenges and launch new programs.
