About the role
Clover Property Management is seeking a capable, service-minded Community Manager to lead Academy Park, a 154-unit apartment community in New Albany. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the community, including occupancy, leasing, renewals, collections, resident experience, team leadership, and daily operations. We welcome experienced Community Managers and accomplished Assistant Community Managers who are ready to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead leasing, renewal, occupancy, and delinquency performance Coach and hold the onsite team accountable Deliver a responsive, professional resident experience Coordinate apartment readiness, maintenance priorities, and property appearance Review property data and turn it into clear weekly actions Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies and fair-housing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
At least two years of multifamily property-management experience Experience with leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, or property reporting Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Sound judgment and consistent follow-through Yardi or similar multifamily software experience preferred Experience supervising employees or helping lead a 100+ unit community preferred At Clover, our operating philosophy is simple: Observe. Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000, based on experience
