About the role
Chartwells K12 seeks an experienced Area Director to lead multiple school district accounts across Central and Southwest CT, guiding a large team of Directors to drive client relations, financial performance, and growth. You will report to the RVP and support in-unit directors with strategic oversight and accountability.
Reporting to the Regional VP, you will visit clients, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of service, program execution, and compliance across our K-12 dining operations.
