Novele Community Management, Inc. is a boutique community association management company based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. We provide personalized, responsive management services to homeowner associations throughout the Denver metro area.
Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time HOA Community Manager for an in office position in Greenwood Village, CO. The Community Manager will manage a portfolio of homeowner associations and serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors. Responsibilities include overseeing daily association operations, coordinating and attending board and annual meetings, preparing agendas and meeting materials, and tracking board decisions and action items. The manager will conduct community inspections, oversee maintenance and service requests, coordinate vendors, obtain proposals, and follow up on projects and compliance matters. The position also includes assisting with annual budgets, reviewing financial reports and invoices, maintaining association records, and helping boards carry out their responsibilities under community governing documents and applicable requirements. Must be available for evening meetings.
Qualifications:
Experience managing HOA or condominium associations, including working directly with boards, homeowners, and vendors. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize competing needs across multiple communities. Familiarity with association governing documents, board meeting procedures, covenant enforcement, budgeting, and financial reporting. Experience coordinating vendors, reviewing proposals, and overseeing maintenance and community projects. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team. CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred, or willingness to pursue applicable certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community visits and meetings.
