Role Description: The Commercial Real Estate Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami. This role supports the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions through detailed financial modeling and investment analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining cash flow models, conducting market and property-level research, and performing quantitative and qualitative due diligence. The analyst assists with underwriting new deals, preparing investment memoranda, and creating presentations for internal decision makers and external partners. The role also involves monitoring asset performance, tracking key metrics, and updating assumptions and models as new information becomes available.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and market data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow analysis for commercial real estate investments.
  • Experience with underwriting commercial real estate transactions and assessing risk/return profiles.
  • Background in finance or a related field, including knowledge of capital markets and investment principles.
  • Hands-on experience conducting property and market due diligence, including review of leases, operating statements, and third-party reports.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with real estate analysis tools and databases is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear reports and presentations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with external partners.
  • Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate with a lot of underwriting experience
  • Proficient in using different AI tools
