Working Schedule: 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday with up to 75% Friday OT required.$20.10/hr - $21.56/hrAssists the department to perform refrigeration assembly of environmental test chambers. May perform brazing duties, only after on-site training has been provided. Receives and stocks supplies, checks in job kits. Cleans refrigeration assemblies. Cuts, bends, and preps copper. Works with pipe cutting machinery, frequently uses hand tools. Insulates pipes and reads a tape measure. Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment. Regular physical attendance is required. Understands and abides by the Guiding Principles. Performs other routine duties as assigned by the supervisor. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide required. Ability to read a tape measure required. Previous experience working with hand tools preferred.1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing preferred. While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Regular use of ladders at elevated heights, harness use as required. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. May be required to perform lock out tag out procedures on energized jobs.
