About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Web Application Developer with Agentic AI expertise to join a cutting-edge team focused on building intelligent, enterprise-grade web applications. This role will involve transforming AI-generated prototypes and concepts into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions while leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI workflows. The ideal candidate will be a strong full-stack developer with experience in modern web technologies, cloud environments, API integrations, and AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application goals, requirements, and AI-driven concepts.
- Convert AI-generated prototypes and HTML artifacts into maintainable, enterprise-grade web applications.
- Design and develop modern front-end applications and supporting backend services.
- Build and integrate APIs, enterprise systems, databases, authentication services, and AI capabilities.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows involving tool usage, multi-step reasoning, and external system integrations.
- Review and enhance AI-generated code for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Partner with architects, developers, security teams, data teams, and business leaders to deliver business solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts, architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business outcomes. xhqgsiq Required SkillsMust HaveStrong experience developing modern web applications
- Proficiency in:

- Experience developing and integrating APIs and backend services

- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts:
- Tool calling
- Multi-step workflows
- External system integrations
- Experience converting prototypes or proof-of-concepts into production applications
- Knowledge of:

- Enterprise deployment practices
- Experience integrating enterprise APIs, databases, and systems
- Strong SDLC knowledge:
Testing
Version ControlCI/CD & Deployment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Claude
- Experience with OpenAI and other enterprise LLM platforms
- React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
- Secure enterprise application development
