Responsibilities: Review, validate, and process software and technology product requests to ensure they meet established CBP criteria. Identify incomplete or inaccurate requests and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues. Track requests through review and approval processes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and request status updates. Coordinate across technical and business teams to support consistent request processing. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline processes. Required

Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, IT operations, process management, or related fields. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. Experience reviewing, validating, and tracking requests against established procedures. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and resolve discrepancies. Current, active CBP badge. Preferred

Qualifications: Experience supporting CBP IT programs or technology governance initiatives. Familiarity with Technology Reference Models (TRMs), software approval processes, or enterprise IT standards. Compensation

Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
