Job Title:
Room Attendant Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting, and replenishing linens and toiletries. Inspect rooms for any damage, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all amenities are in working order. Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer service. Follow established safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure an efficient workflow and high standard of service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus, but not required; we offer training to motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules. Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
