In this role, you'll help guide products through the full development and production lifecycle-partnering with customers, coordinating with our factory teams, and making sure every detail is right from concept through final delivery. If you enjoy managing projects end-to-end, solving problems proactively, and working closely with both creative and technical partners, you'll feel right at home here.Positions ResponsibilitiesPartner with customers to support product design and development, helping bring new headwear ideas to lifePrepare, update, and manage all documentation (tech packs) - including materials, specs, trims, and artwork details - needed for accurate sampling and productionMaintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the development process, ensuring expectations are aligned and projects stay on trackCoordinate and support daily communication with our factories, troubleshooting issues and keeping production running smoothlyMaintain our internal systems and data with accuracy and consistencyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in apparel, design, and/or product developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of problem?solving with both internal and external partnersStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizationAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines with easePreferred QualificationsExperience in the apparel or accessories industryExperience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred) and Photoshop (a plus)Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range $70,000 – 85,000Eligibility for a performance-based bonusHealth insurance with HSA options401(k) retirement planPaid holidays and flexible PTOOpportunities for work?related travelA small, tight?knit team where your voice is heard and your work has a real impactA creative environment where collaboration, autonomy, and ownership are part of everyday life
