This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, sales, coaching, or leadership who are ready to grow into a financial professional through a structured training and mentorship program. You will be trained to help families and individuals with important financial decisions such as protection planning, retirement strategies, and long-term financial goals. No prior experience in financial services is required; We provide training, support, and a clear development path. There is strong growth potential for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, and willing to put in consistent effort.

The role consists of helping a wide range of clientele with full-fledged financial planning and consulting. Consultants typically start with us on a limited part-time basis, with potential for immediate leadership advancement.
Responsibilities Consider clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans to suit their needs
Gather and assess each client’s financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management
Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals
Qualifications Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients
Experience in financial planning or a related field is a plus but not required.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to create personalized financial plans.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to clients.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team player.
Interest in continuous learning and professional development within the financial industry.
