Client: Leading Entertainment Firm Job Title: Retail Development Coordinator Location: New York, NY 10036 || Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Onsite Duration: 06 month + Extension or conversion based on performance Pay Range: ($25 - $30) on an hourly basis Role Overview: Seeking a Retail Development Coordinator to support retail and licensing initiatives. This role will coordinate with licensees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure products, promotions, launches, and marketplace programs are executed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day retail strategy and marketplace execution. Coordinate with licensees on product listings, ASINs, availability, launches, and promotions. Support Brand Registry onboarding, whitelisting, and product/brand updates. Monitor e-retail dashboards, product performance, availability, and retail opportunities. Maintain product trackers, assortments, sales reports, marketing calendars, and project timelines. Support promotional events, seasonal initiatives, franchise launches, and retail programs. Coordinate product submissions, creative assets, campaign details, and deadlines. Prepare Power Point presentations, business recaps, and retail/assortment updates. Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct marketplace and competitive research to identify retail trends and opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 2–3 years of licensing/consumer products experience preferred. 1–2 years of direct retail experience, ideally with Brand Registry, Seller Central, or Vendor Central. Interest in entertainment, franchises, consumer products, and retail.
