Position Summary: The Non-Acute Care Sales Representative is responsible for developing and growing sales within physician offices, ambulatory care centers, specialty clinics, and other non-acute healthcare settings. The primary focus of this role will be to expand the adoption of Tristel products within OBGYN practices; however, the representative will also promote and sell Parker Laboratories' complete portfolio of products across a wide range of medical specialties and healthcare environment and analyze GPO data and tracing to coordinate priorities with Clinical Sales Managers. This representative will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, provide clinical support, and collaborate with distribution partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Promote Tristel products to OBGYN practices, women's health centers, fertility clinics, physician offices, and other applicable non-acute healthcare facilities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within physician practices, outpatient facilities, imaging centers, specialty clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers. Maintain and expand relationships with physicians, practice managers, nurses, infection prevention personnel, and other key decision-makers. Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training sessions, and educational presentations. Support customers during product evaluations, implementation, and ongoing utilization. Promote and sell Parker Laboratories' complete portfolio of products, including ultrasound probe covers and barriers, ultrasound transmission gels, infection prevention solutions, and other medical products. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities within the company CRM system. Participate in occasional regional and national trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and business reviews as requested.
GPO Responsibilities:
  • Tracking and tracing of GPO members that are participating in the contracts.
  • Analysis of GPO sales data.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to expand contract participation.
  • Liaison and coordination between GPO support and Clinical Sales Managers.
  • Prioritize Promote and sell Parker Laboratories products to qualified leads identified through GPO contracts.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience, preferably within physician office, women's health, infection prevention, diagnostic imaging, or medical device markets. Experience selling to physician offices, outpatient facilities, or ambulatory care settings preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to effectively educate healthcare professionals on clinical products and applications. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
